Secondly, we interview potential candidates and provide comprehensive references. After initial research and evaluation, we dress - in agreement with you - a shortlist and organise meetings at our office. You meet the candidates consecutively in a professional and neutral environment in order to facilitate the focus on the selection. At the end, we give immediate feedback to the candidate. You choose two or three top candidates from the shortlist after which final interviews are organized. All information that we receive from former managers, colleagues and subordinates is put in a written reference report where you can consult all the necessary information, such as competence, personality, ... of the potential candidate.
